The Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of daily operations by providing hands-on leadership and oversight of cleaning crews. This position is responsible for maintaining exceptional quality standards, monitoring jobsite performance, and ensuring every detail of the work meets both company expectations and client requirements. Supervisors serve as the primary point of accountability for attendance, timecard accuracy, employee performance, and overall jobsite success. Through proactive communication, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through, they help deliver reliable service, support team development, and uphold the company's reputation for excellence.
This position's schedule is 5:00pm - 1:30am
Key Responsibilities:
Crew Leadership & Daily Operations
Supervise assigned cleaning crews during daily operations
Assign and oversee daily tasks based on scope of work
Ensure jobsites are completed to company and client standards
Provide direction, coaching, and support to crew members
Address immediate jobsite issues and escalate when necessary
Quality Control
Conduct regular facility inspections to ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and appearance standards are met.
All accounts will be inspected monthly
All accounts must be checked and walked multiple times per month
Document inspection results accurately in the inspection program
Correct deficiencies in real time when possible
Ensure proper use of equipment, materials, and supplies
Maintain jobsite readiness and professionalism
Timecard Responsibility (Critical Function)
Review all employee timecards daily for accuracy
Verify hours worked match actual jobsite attendance
Correct errors before submission whenever possible
Ensure all crew members submit complete and accurate timecards daily
Escalate recurring or unresolved issues to Assistant to the Branch Manager
Communication & Reporting
Provide daily updates on job progress, issues, and needs
Communicate staffing, supply, or jobsite concerns promptly
Follow direction from Assistant to the Branch Manager and Branch Manager
Ensure important issues are not delayed or left unresolved
