Jobletics by Compunnel is hiring a Custodial Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning and custodial operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and comfortable leading a team while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and service.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily custodial and cleaning activities
- Assign tasks and work areas to custodial staff
- Inspect facilities to ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met
- Train, coach, and support custodial team members
- Monitor staff attendance, schedules, and daily assignments
- Ensure cleaning supplies, equipment, and materials are properly stocked
- Follow and enforce safety, sanitation, and company procedures
- Address cleaning or facility-related issues promptly
- Maintain records, checklists, and other required documentation
- Communicate with management regarding staffing, supplies, and facility needs
- Assist with cleaning duties when necessary
- Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Previous custodial, janitorial, housekeeping, or facilities experience required
- Previous supervisory or team-lead experience preferred
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and safety practices
- Ability to work independently and make decisions when needed
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift as required
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
