Pay range: $18.75 + $4.93 per hour worked Health & Welfare Benefit

Shift Timings: 5a.m. to 10 a.m. or 4 p.m. to 9 p.m.

JOB SUMMARY

Instruct, direct and supervise custodial cleaning team to clean assigned areas according to Goodwill and Federal Contract cleaning standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure each location has proper supplies needed
• Provide guidance to crew and ensure the crew stays on task.
• Perform basic custodial duties in a timely, safe and professional manner.
• Assist with snow removal processes.
• Complete building inspections
• Ensure that cleaning equipment is operated in a safe manner
• Assist with training and onboarding of employees
• Conduct spot checks of buildings to ensure they are secure and cleaning requirements are met.
• Meet or exceed the attendance expectations for this position
• Actively maintain a safe, healthy, and positive environment that promotes the physical and emotional well-being of employees, customers and participants.
• Other duties as assigned or required to fulfill the contract.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

• Two years of custodial experience required
• Six (6) months of experience leading teams or supervising is preferred

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

• None

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

• Must be able to use the custodial equipment necessary to do the job
• Must be aware of and follow OSHA safety regulations
• Must have a thorough knowledge of proper custodial procedures

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Medium

Lifting 50 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying objects weighing up to 25 pounds.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Moderate

Occasionally exposed to extreme atmospheric conditions (temperature, noise fumes, dust, etc.)
