What You'll Do

• Build and maintain a reliable weekly cleaning schedule — after some initial guidance, you'll run the show
• Execute daily cleaning routines with consistency, care, and attention to detail
• Keep both buildings fully stocked with the supplies needed to get the job done right
• Keep the Facilities Manager in the loop with regular progress updates
• Follow all safety guidelines, every time
• Spot opportunities to boost efficiency and cut costs — your ideas matter here
• Troubleshoot and solve custodial issues as they come up
• Jump in on additional responsibilities as needed — no two days are exactly the same

What You Bring

• Solid knowledge of custodial equipment, supplies, and best-practice cleaning procedures
• Comfort working independently with minimal supervision
• A knack for building cooperative, positive relationships with staff
• Ability to safely operate a floor scrubber machine
• High school diploma or GED

The Details

• Schedule: Full-time, hourly | Monday–Friday, 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM (early start, early finish!)
• Flexibility: Occasional evenings/weekends may be needed for special projects or emergencies
• Physical requirements: Regular standing, walking, and use of hands/arms; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; possible exposure to dust, fumes, and odors typical of a facility environment
