CUSTODIAL WORKER - ON CALL Parks Recreation & Facilities Department

The City of Portland Custodial Worker performs basic custodial duties and routine interior maintenance and routine exterior maintenance as necessary.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and move heavy objects over an extended period of time.
• Working knowledge of building cleaning practices, supplies, and equipment.
• Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid Class C drivers license with good driving record.

Schedule includes nights and weekends. Applications accepted until filled. Offers of employment are contingent upon the completion of a satisfactory criminal background check. Starting Hourly Rate: $18.00/hour.
