Custodian (1st Shift)

Pay: $18/hr.

Shift: Mon-Fri (6:45am to 3:15pm)

Description:

• Cannonball Recruiting is seeking a Custodian to keep the facility including the warehouse, offices, rest rooms, lunch room, property and pit areas in a clean an orderly condition.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Prior custodial experience
• Must be able to read, write and comprehend English
• Required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Frequent need to talk or hear. Occasional need to sit; climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and color vision.
• The employee must lift and/or move up to 50 pounds up to 50% of shift.

Job Duties:

• Sweeps, mops, scrubs, dusts, and vacuums warehouse, lunchroom, and office space.
• Cleans bathrooms daily and keeps them stocked.
• Manages cleaning supplies.
• Cleans behind bumpers in the warehouse.
• Maintains a clean dock area.
• Maintains a clean parking lot.
• Washes windows.
• Cleans sprinkler pipes as required.
• Empties trash containers, collects trash / cardboard and loads it on straight truck.
• Manages trash, cardboard and shrink-wrap.
• Assists in snow and ice removal around building and on parking lots.
• Cuts grass and trims weeds around facility.
• Must perform all duties in SSOP’s and SQF standards.
• Required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.
