Position: Custodian-2nd Shift

Qualifications: Knowledge of the proper use of cleaning utensils and equipment, especially extractors, buffers, and related cleaning equipment. Knowledge of proper building cleaning; and the ability to perform minor maintenance repairs as necessary. The successful candidate will need to display strong interpersonal skills and adapt well to various task demands.
Responsibilities: Basic functions are general building cleaning to include, but not limited to, floors, carpets, walls, ceilings, classrooms, office area and other areas as designated; also responsible for general upkeep of school grounds; works under the direct supervision of the Head Custodian.
Terms of Employment: 2nd shift position Monday through Friday. Wages and benefits in accordance with the Agreement Between the Avon Board of Education and the National Association of Municipal Employees Local R1-270 A Division of NAGE
