The School District of Amery is now accepting applications for custodians to work year-round, Monday through Friday. These positions have 2nd shift hours on student contact days (2:30 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.) and daytime hours during the summer and during other school breaks. The positions are full-time, year-round, and include full benefits: health, dental, paid time off and vacation, paid holidays, state retirement, and more. Cleaning and/or maintenance experience is preferred but not required - paid training is provided. Hourly wage starts at $16.25 but may be increased based on experience.
The School District of Amery is a public PK-12 district of approximately 1,200 students in four buildings on one campus. Amery is one of the highest achieving districts in Western Wisconsin. The district encompasses 190+ square miles in Polk and St. Croix Counties, approximately one hour from Minneapolis/St. Paul. The city of Amery is known as the "City of Lakes" and is comprised of four lakes and the Apple River.
