Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; valid New Jersey driver's license
• Black Seal License required and other minimum experiences as determined by the board, but should include knowledge of general building operations; plant operations and maintenance; modern cleaning methods and ventilation; proper handling of hazardous materials
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively

Salary & Benefits:

• Per the established WBGA Salary Guide ranging from $45,726 to $82,191, plus applicable stipends
• Full-time staff are eligible for Medical, Prescription, Dental and Vision benefits.
• Sick, personal and vacation days are included per the WBGA contract.
