Job Description:

The Custodian position focuses primarily on maintaining a sanitary, clean, tidy, and comfortable environment at Zoot-owned properties with integrity and an attention to detail. This position is located at our offices in Bozeman. The Facilities Group focuses on maintaining Zoot's physical property.

Essential Job Functions:

• Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, kitchenettes, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, gym, and other work areas at Zoot-owned properties.
• Wash tables and surfaces in rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, kitchenettes, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, other work areas, and coffee bar.
• Sweep, scrub, and polish floor and lobby staircase.
• Clean rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture.
• Clean and polish lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, trim, metalwork, and stainless surfaces (i.e. drinking fountains, door handles, light switches, elevators, etc.)
• Dust and polish furniture, windowsills, woodwork, and cubicle surfaces.
• Wash walls, restroom stalls, and locker room and restroom floors.
• Wash windows, glass doors, door panels, and sills.
• Empty wastebaskets and empty and clean ashtrays.
• Transport trash and waste to disposal area.
• Replenish restroom paper supplies and kitchenette paper towels in proper receptacles.
• Wash, dry, and fold laundry used by custodial and kitchen staff.
• Maintain accurate reporting of low inventory to ensure supplies remain in stock at appropriate levels.
• Compliance with and knowledge of Zoot's Policies and Procedures, Code of Business Conduct, and Employee Agreement.
• Achieve a service-focused culture with emphasis on delivering on-time, high-quality products and services to internal and external customers.

Education, Training, and Experience Requirements:

High School Diploma

Years of Experience. Previous related work experience preferred.

License.

Background Check Requirement:

Ability to successfully pass background screening and drug test.

Physical Requirements:

All positions at Zoot require the ability to move about inside an office environment which includes the operation of computers and other office productivity machinery and frequently communicates with other employees, clients, vendors, and visitors.

Working Conditions | Work Hours | Location:

This position will take place primarily in an office setting. It is expected that employees, and specifically this position, regularly and consistently report to work on-site at Zoot's headquarters and work between 40-45 hours per week. Custodian positions is shift work and business needs may require Custodians to perform work outside of their normally scheduled hours. This will include working with hours between 8am-5pm, 2pm-10pm, or 3pm-11pm Mountain Time, Monday - Friday. This position may require travel. Occasional weekend work is required within the position.
