    Pay Grade/Pay Range:  Minimum: $15.00 - Midpoint: $17.26 (Hourly N1)

    Department/Organization: 508108 - Capstone Village Facility Cost

    Normal Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 4:00am to 12:30pm, 7:00am to 3:30pm, 3:30pm to 12:00am

    Job Summary: The Custodian performs routine manual work in housekeeping and cleaning of interior spaces and immediate exterior areas. Sweeps, mops, vacuums, polishes and dusts furniture, and cleans restrooms, windows, blinds, mirrors, etc. in buildings across campus.

    Required Minimum Qualifications: Must be able to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions. Must maintain confidentiality.

    Additional Required Department Minimum Qualifications: Final candidates must submit to and successfully pass a post-offer drug screen.

    Skills and Knowledge: Ability to lift, handle, and maneuver the tools, materials, and supplies of the job (up to 50lbs). Ability to walk and/or stand for extended periods of time. Ability to reach and lift arms above head. Ability to kneel, bend, or stoop. Must be comfortable working around pets.

    Preferred Qualifications: High school diploma or GED. Valid U.S. driver's license. At least 21 years of age, and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Report as determined by the insurance carrier.
