Custodian

Job Summary:We are seeking a dependable Custodial Worker to maintain cleanliness within a cold storage warehouse facility. This position focuses on cleaning offices, breakrooms, and restrooms—no production floor cleaning required. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a cooler environment. Able to travel between multiple warehouse locations as needed.
Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize offices, breakrooms, and restrooms on a daily schedule
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust designated areas
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly
• Maintain cleanliness standards in accordance with company policies
• Follow all safety guidelines and use cleaning chemicals properly
• Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management

Qualifications:

• Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25–40 lbs
• Ability to perform repetitive cleaning tasks
• Comfortable working in a cold warehouse environment

Work Environment:

• Cold storage warehouse setting
• Cleaning limited to offices, breakrooms, and restrooms only
• PPE may be required (gloves, appropriate clothing for cooler temperatures)
