Job Goal: Maintains premises in a clean and orderly condition.
Qualifications: • High School Diploma preferred • Equivalent or basic ability in communications and computation skills acceptable • Demonstrated knowledge, experience, aptitude, competence and/or skills to satisfactorily meet performance responsibilities and assigned duties • Shall meet all physical requirements of the position • Black Seal License preferred but not required • Effectively communicates and understands job instructions both verbally and written in the English language • Ability to understand and follow directions as given • Ability to work with minimal supervision • Ability to push minimum 12Q pounds (power cleaning appliances) • Ability to lift minimum 100 - 150 pounds (trash and supplies)
Excellent interpersonal skills
Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or resident alien status.
