Overview
Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Custodian / Cleaning Technician to support daily janitorial and facility upkeep for the corporate buildings. This role ensures a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for staff and visitors while maintaining high standards of professionalism and quality.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform routine cleaning of office spaces, restrooms, common areas, museum public spaces, and facility corridors.
* Sweep, mop, vacuum, and disinfect surfaces according to established cleaning procedures.
* Restock supplies such as soap, paper products, and sanitizers.
* Empty and remove trash and recycling.
* Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or supply shortages promptly.
* Follow all safety policies and cleaning standards specific to corporate and museum environments.
* Assist with special event support and additional housekeeping tasks as needed.
* Maintain secure and professional conduct while working within high-profile facilities.



Qualifications
* Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred.
* Strong attention to detail and consistent work ethic.
* Ability to walk, stand, lift, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
* Reliable transportation to various locations within the Milwaukee area.
* Ability to pass a background check and follow site-specific security protocols.
* Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset.
Schedule & Compensation
* Full-time and Part-time schedules available; evening or early-morning shifts depending on site needs.
