Custodian Essential job functions include but are not limited to:
Maintains floors and carpets within the community
Picks up and removes trash from the community
Sets up and breaks down for meetings and functions as needed for weekly scheduled events
Maintains equipment and supplies
Attends in-service training sessions as required
Follows approved infection control procedures
Maintains resident confidentiality at all times
Cleans windows inside and out as needed with Squeegees, Garden Hose, and Pressure washers as needed.
Is considered essential personnel before, during, and after an emergency
Job requires working weekends and Holidays
