This role requires executing routine custodial tasks, handling  cleaning special projects, ensuring supply levels are maintained, and other duties as assigned/needed.Key ResponsibilitiesQualifications & RequirementsFacility Cleaning: Vacuum, sweep, mop, buff, and wax floors; clean carpets and interior glass as needed.Experience: Minimum 6 months of custodial experience in a professional or warehouse office environment.Sanitation & Restocking: Clean and fully restock bathrooms and break rooms daily.Physical Stamina: Able to be on feet and perform physical labor all day, climb stairs/ladders, and move between buildings on foot.Maintenance & Trash: Empty trash/recycle bins, dust offices and conference rooms, and inspect exterior building grounds daily.Lifting Capacity: Regularly lift up to 10 lbs, with the ability to maneuver/lift up to 50 lbs.Inventory & Care: Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and keep equipment in good working order.Transportation & Safety: Reliable transportation required; ability to operate standard cleaning equipment safely.Cross-Functional Support: Carry out special projects and assist otherwise when needed.Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing duties, activities, or responsibilities as assigned.
