Black Seal License or ability to obtain license within 18 months, 2. Knowledge of plant operation and maintenance, cleaning methods and Procedures, repairs, security, heating and ventilation, fire/safety laws and proper handling of hazardous materials. 3. Ability to read, write and communicate effectively. 4. Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status in accordance with State and Federal regulations. 5. Must have a valid Drivers License. 6. Must be a resident of the State of New Jersey.
