JOB TITLE: Event Custodian (On Call)
REPORTS TO: Facilities/Maintenance Coordinator
UNIT CLASSIFICATION: PSE Custodial/Minor Maintenance Grounds
PRIMARY PURPOSE:
The job of Event Custodian is done for the purpose/s of cleaning the facilities following school, community or athletic events and keeping the building and grounds clean, neat, and orderly.

Education and Experience
High School diploma or equivalent.
Previous custodial experience is preferred.
Required computer skills include assessing and responding to email.
Knowledge of basic hand tools is required.

WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:

Interacts regularly with various custodial staff, members of the community and other district employees. Establish and maintain friendly, cooperative and effective working relationships with all persons contacted in the course of work.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
The work is performed at various sites (indoors or outdoors) within the district. The job incumbent is often required to move from location to location to fill in for absent employees and to cover district events. Hours and days are subject to change based on District needs. The incumbent must be available to work weekdays and weekends.
