Position Summary
To support the achievement of district goals by delivering effective and efficient custodial services. Clean and maintain district facilities through regular procedures to ensure high standards of safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency of buildings and grounds. This is a district-wide floater position. The employee may be assigned to various campuses and/or departments based on the operational needs of the District. Campus assignments may change as needed and are determined by the District.

Working Conditions
Tools/Equipment Used: Standard office equipment, including computer and peripherals and other equipment applicable to position.
Physical/Motion/Posture: Physical ability to walk, stoop, stand, twist, and squat on a constant basis. Frequent standing, walking, bending/stooping, squatting, climbing stairs/ladders, pushing/pulling, and twisting. Strenuous walking and climbing stairs; occasional keyboarding and use of a mouse.
Lifting: Frequent heavy lifting, carrying, pushing, dragging or pulling objects (44 - 100 pounds).
Environment: Work inside and outside (moderate exposure to the sun, heat, cold, and occasional exposure to biological hazards (communicable diseases, bacteria, insects, mold, fungi, etc. approved chemicals; work around moving objects. May work prolonged or irregular hours.
Mental Demands: Work with frequent interruptions; work with frequent deadlines; maintain emotional control under stress.
