Custodian for Oakwood City Schools

Oakwood City School District is seeking a dependable and hardworking Custodian to join our team. This position will primarily work a swing/second shift and will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning and custodial duties throughout the building.
• Maintain classrooms, offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
• Assist with light maintenance and building upkeep.
• Set up and clean up for school activities and events.
• Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Work cooperatively with staff and other members of the maintenance team.

Qualifications:

• Dependable and responsible.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to perform physical duties associated with custodial work.
• Previous custodial or maintenance experience preferred, but not required.
