Custodian

Exegistics Resource Solutions has partnered with a leading advanced materials manufacturing company to support operations at a state-of-the-art industrial facility. This facility plays a critical role in the production of rare earth materials used in modern technologies, including electric vehicles, renewable energy, and electronics.

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Facility Custodian to help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. This position is essential to supporting daily operations and ensuring compliance with safety and cleanliness standards across the site.

Shift & Pay:

• Schedule: Monday – Friday
• Hours: 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
• Overtime opportunities may be available

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of offices, restrooms, break areas, and production spaces
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and remove waste throughout the facility
• Maintain cleanliness of high-traffic and high-touch areas
• Restock supplies such as paper products, soap, and cleaning materials
• Follow all safety protocols and use proper personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns
• Support special cleaning projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous custodial, janitorial, or industrial cleaning experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and maintain a consistent schedule
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed (up to 25–50 lbs)
• Comfortable working in an industrial or manufacturing environment
