Custodian / Grounds Maintenance

Pay: Starting at $21.45/hour
Shift: 1st Shift

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Custodian / Grounds Maintenance Associate to join our team. This position plays an important role in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment throughout both the office and shop. As part of the divisional support team, you will assist with a variety of facility maintenance and general support tasks while working independently and alongside other team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all common areas throughout the office and shop on a daily basis.
• Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms.
• Empty trash and recycling receptacles and safely handle or move containers weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Perform landscaping and groundskeeping duties to maintain the exterior appearance of the property.
• Assist with miscellaneous facility support tasks and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively with minimal supervision as well as in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
• Dependable, reliable, and committed to maintaining a clean and safe workplace.
