Custodian/Groundskeeper

Custodian/Groundskeeper $18.75/hour

Monday-Friday 6am-5pm

A  well established salvage yard in Spencer, IA is searching for a a Custodian/Groundskeeper to join their team! Must be self-motivated, responsible and willing to work safe and smart!

Responsibilities:

• Clean offices
• Clean breakrooms and restrooms
• Tree Trimming
• Upkeep of ground in outdoor areas, including grass, trees, and shrubs. 
• Clear walkways and parking lots of debris, snow, leaves, ext. with the use of skid loaders, forklifts, and general equipment. 
• General maintenance 
• Other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Be reliable and take pride in their work. 
• Have attention to detail
• Have the ability to work independently or with a team
• Ability to lift 60 lbs.
• Ability to stand on you feet up to 8 hours per day
• Have a valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Ability to work outside in the elements
