Custodian/Groundskeeper - Spencer, Iowa
Schedule:
Monday Friday | 7:00 am - 5:00 pm
$18.75/hr
Job Duties
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional facility by cleaning offices, breakrooms, restrooms, and other common areas. Perform outdoor grounds maintenance including snow removal, tree trimming, lawn care, and general property upkeep. Complete routine building maintenance tasks, dispose of trash, replenish supplies, and assist with seasonal groundskeeping responsibilities. Work both independently and as part of a team while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. Perform additional custodial and grounds maintenance duties as assigned.
Skills/Abilities
Must have strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Previous custodial, janitorial, facilities maintenance, or groundskeeping experience is preferred. Must be dependable, self-motivated, and able to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to safely operate lawn care equipment, snow removal equipment, and other maintenance tools is preferred.
