JOB REQUIREMENTS: Performs cleaning and maintenance of parking areas,
walkways, stairways, elevators, windows, floors, walls, restrooms,
conference rooms, offices and lounge areas. Changes light bulbs and
ballasts. Dusts woodwork, furniture, windowsills and other fixtures.
Cleans and moves office equipment and furniture. Washes walls, windows
and woodwork. Vacuums and shampoos carpets. Sweeps, mops, strips, waxes
and polishes floors. Locks and unlocks buildings. Sands, strips and
stains woodwork and paints as needed. Responsible for maintaining
reports as needed. May assist supervisor with monitoring and controlling
supplies. Assists with pickup and disposal of trash. Assists with snow
and ice removal and maintains grass and landscaped areas including weed
control, lawn mowing, raking, trimming and general cleaning of walkways
and parking lots. Performs other duties as assigned. *
