Pay: $14.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; Friday until 12:00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable Custodian to maintain clean, safe, and orderly buildings and common areas. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable performing a variety of cleaning and general maintenance-related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain offices, common areas, hallways, restrooms, and other assigned areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces
• Empty trash and dispose of waste properly
• Restock cleaning and restroom supplies
• Clean windows, doors, fixtures, and other building surfaces
• Report maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate personnel
• Assist with basic upkeep of buildings and grounds as needed
• Follow proper safety and cleaning procedures
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, visitors, and staff

Qualifications

• Previous custodial or commercial cleaning experience preferred
• Ability to perform physical cleaning duties throughout the workday
• Ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
