Custodian/Maintenance

Manpower is representing a client in Delray Beach, FL that is seeking a Custodian/Maintenance for their commercial office!

REQUIREMENTS

• Can Pass a Drug and Background Screen

• Previous work history including housekeeping or commercial cleaning/housekeeping

• High School diploma or equivalent

DUTIES

• Perform daily cleaning of common areas, restrooms, offices, and other designated spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.

• Ensure trash and recycling bins are emptied regularly and disposed of properly.

• Clean and maintain exterior areas, including parking lots, sidewalks, and entryways.

• Replenish supplies in restrooms and other areas as needed.

• Respond promptly to cleaning emergencies and spills to ensure safety and cleanliness.

• Use and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in accordance with safety protocols.

Flexible Start and End times

• Start - 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.

• End - 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
