Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Type: Temp-to-HirePosition OverviewPeople Source OKC is hiring a Custodian for a manufacturing facility in Oklahoma City. This position is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment throughout the facility, including offices, production areas, restrooms, breakrooms, and outdoor grounds. The ideal candidate is dependable, self-motivated, and takes pride in keeping facilities clean and well maintained.Job Responsibilities· Clean offices, production areas, breakrooms, and common areas by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing
· Clean, disinfect, and restock restrooms and handwashing stations
· Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in designated areas
· Clean windows, doors, walls, and other facility surfaces as needed
· Maintain janitorial closets, storage areas, and cleaning equipment in an organized manner
· Monitor inventory of cleaning and restroom supplies and notify management when replenishment is needed
· Perform seasonal grounds maintenance, including mowing, weed trimming, hedge trimming, blowing debris, and weed control
· Assist with facility clean-up projects and special cleaning assignments
· Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and facility concerns to management
· Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements
· Perform other duties as assignedRequirements· Previous custodial, janitorial, housekeeping, or facility maintenance experience preferred
· Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus
· Knowledge of custodial cleaning methods, materials, and equipment
· Ability to safely use cleaning chemicals and equipment
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
· Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
· Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
· Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, kneel, climb ladders, and perform physical work throughout the shift
· Must be able to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
· Must be able to pass a background check and drug screenAdditional Information· Monday–Saturday schedule with consistent hours
