Custodian @ Pactolus

Cleaning and washing floors, ceilings, dusting, and polishing furniture. Washing windows, stripping, spraying, buffing, waxing, and washing floor. Cleaning and washing restrooms. Disposal of garbage and trash. Provide assistance to teachers, students, public, and other employees as assigned by the supervisor. Help to maintain grounds by cutting grass with hand and power-mowers, collecting litter, trimming bushes, and small trees, and raking grounds. Performing minor repairs to walks, paths, walls, playground, roads, and site improvements. Snow removal duties as assigned. Handling supplies and equipment as required by staff and principal. Operate heating, lighting, ventilation, and electrical controls as specified. Assist with key maintenance issues. Assist in operating security systems and fire safety systems. Other miscellaneous custodial duties as assigned. Maintain a bus license and accept bus driver assignments as needed. Perform other duties as assigned by supervising administrators.
