Custodian Part Time

CORG Management Group is seeking a reliable and motivated Part-Time Custodian to join our team.  The location is the Charlotte Airport, and the hours of work are from Mon-Friday during evening hours.  We are looking for an independent self-starter who can work alone and work with a team. Successful team member will: be punctual, have great attention to detail; be able to work efficiently with minimal supervision; take pride in their work; and are open to learning; someone that can maintain and organize and can ensure and maintain an adequate amount of supplies.


Responsibilities:

• Clean and supply designated areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, emptying trash, etc.)
• Use cleaning solutions to remove stains and clean surfaces
• Clean and service restrooms and break rooms with mops and disinfectants
• Make adjustments and minor repairs
• Notify the management office of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Helps employees on-site when needed

Core Competencies:


·         Must have a Completely Clean Criminal Background
·         Proven working experience (1-3 years)
·         Ability to communicate with management team
·         Ability to lift 30-50 lbs.
·         Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
·         Integrity and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
·         Must have own transportation
Must have a valid NC Driver's License
