Job Summary
The Custodian is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly environment within the facility. This role ensures that buildings, restrooms, offices, and common areas are cleaned and maintained according to health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Clean and sanitize the waterpark administrative office, including desks, counters, and common surfaces. • Mop office floors and maintain a clean, dry, and safe walking environment. • Vacuum all carpeted areas within the office and designated spaces. • Thoroughly clean and disinfect the public women's, men's, and family restrooms. • Replenish restroom supplies including soap, paper towels, and toilet paper. • Clean, disinfect, and deodorize toilets, urinals, sinks, mirrors, and partitions. • Empty trash and sanitary receptacles in office and restroom areas. • Clean all interior windows and glass doors, ensuring they are streak-free. • Spot-clean walls, doors, and high-touch areas. • Monitor and report any maintenance or plumbing issues.
Working Conditions
Will REQUIRE after hours -- evenings and weekends. Exposure to cleaning chemicals. Physical labor including lifting up to 25-50 lbs. Indoor and occasional outdoor work.
