Wingate Management Company is seeking a Custodian to support our scattered-site residential properties throughout Buffalo, NY. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, staying active, and taking ownership of maintaining clean and well-kept properties.

What You'll Do

• Perform routine cleaning and custodial duties at assigned residential properties.
• Clean common areas, hallways, stairwells, entryways, offices, and other designated spaces.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, sanitize, and remove trash as needed.
• Maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of assigned properties.
• Restock cleaning supplies and report supply needs.
• Identify and communicate maintenance, safety, or property concerns to management.

What We're Looking For

• Previous custodial, janitorial, housekeeping, or property cleaning experience preferred.
• Dependable, punctual, organized, and comfortable working independently.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean spaces.
• Ability to perform the physical responsibilities associated with custodial work.
• Ability to travel approximately 75% of the workday between assigned properties.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle required.
