The Campbellsport School District is seeking a Full-Time Second Shift Custodian.
This position will be 40 hours per week full-time. Full-Time Candidates are eligible for Wisconsin Retirement, Health/Dental/Life/Long Term Disability Insurance as well as 8 paid Holidays, vacation days, 12 sick days and 1 personal day.
The ideal candidate will maintain school facilities in a safe and orderly manner. Maintain confidentiality regarding matters relating to students, student records, parents, staff and any other school-related issues. The candidate will also promote a positive image of the District at all times.
Major duties include but not limited to: • Dust • Vacuum • Wash windows • Walls • Clean bathrooms (walls, sinks, toilets, floors) • Woodwork • Furniture in classrooms • Sweep • Mop • Scrub classroom floors and hallways • Empty trash containers • Assist with minor maintenance projects as directed by the Facility Director such as light fixtures, furniture repairs, painting and carpentry • Set up rooms or gym areas for school activities as requested • Assist with snow removal at night during school activities, obey safety rules and regulations
This position requires the ability to bend, lift, stand or walk for extended periods of time as well as climbing and reaching.
The Village of Campbellsport is located in Fond du Lac County, nestled among the hills, woods, and farm fields on the outskirts of Wisconsins Kettle Moraine State Forest. The scenic area off State Highway 67 between I-41 and I-45 is a short commute from job centers in the cities of West Bend, Fond du lac, the Fox Valley, and even Milwaukee. The school districts boundaries encompass two villages (Campbellsport and Eden) and nine townships (Ashford, Auburn, Byron, Eden, Empire, Forest, Greenbush, Mitchell, Osceola).
