Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

Penmac Staffing is seeking dependable individuals to assist one of our Springfield-area clients with custodial and facility maintenance duties. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys keeping buildings and grounds clean, organized, and well-maintained.Requirements
- Ability to perform general custodial and janitorial duties
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be comfortable standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, climbing, pushing, and pulling throughout the shift
- Ability to work at heights when necessary using ladders, aerial lifts, and other approved equipment
- Ability to respond to visual and audible safety alarms
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to work independently and follow directions
Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning, maintenance, and janitorial upkeep of assigned areas
- Clean and maintain floors, windows, restrooms, office spaces, and plant equipment
- Remove trash and maintain cleanliness throughout assigned work areas
- Complete outdoor grounds maintenance, including mowing, pruning, weed eating, fertilizing, spraying, and snow removal as needed
- Maintain inventory of janitorial and cleaning supplies
- Follow all company safety procedures and encourage safe work practices
- Perform additional related duties as assigned by management
