Custodian

Manpower has a client that is seeking an Industrial Custodian/Janitor to join their team! This position is responsible for maintaining clean and sanitary conditions in assigned areas.

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Custodian/Janitor:

• Follows cleaning schedule (daily, weekly, monthly, etc).

• Cleans assigned areas, warehouse floor, gutters, power washing outside walkways, resident patios, parking areas, etc. according to established procedures.

• Cleans floors: Dry mop, wet mop, sweeps, disinfects where and when necessary.

• Straightens or rearranges furniture, as directed. Inspects furnishings for wear and defects and reports to supervisor.

• Cleans stairways, entrances, exits, bathrooms

• Performs miscellaneous other duties such as but not limited, removing waste and disposal of waste and trash.

MUST BE ABLE TO WORK

• Monday - Friday - 7:00am to 4:00pm
