VACANT POSITION Custodian Hope Centers Job Purpose Under direct supervision performs varied and routine domestic cleaning maintenance andor other custodial duties in the Hope Centers buildings and surroundings . Minimum Qualifications Must be physically able to operate a variety of housekeeping equipment including vacuum floor polisher etc. Must be able to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally andor in excess of 10 pounds of force constantly to lift carry push and pull or otherwise move objects. Work requires walking and standing climbing ladders stairs etc. balancing reaching handling for long periods of time. Minimum Training and Experience High School Certificate and one to two years housekeeping experience or any equivalent combination of training and experience that provides the required knowledge skills and abilities.
