Custodian Supervisor-Buildings And Logistics

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Custodian Supervisor is responsible for supervising Custodians (Caretakers) and performing a wide variety of custodial duties. Duties include:

• Oversee and coordinate the work of custodial staff

• Train and supervise custodial team

• Inspect facilities regularly to determine necessary maintenance and cleaning

• Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are in good working order and sufficiently stocked

• Ensure safety and health regulations are followed

• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and order as needed

• Interact with clients or building tenants to address concerns and receive feedback

• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and routines

• Respond to emergency cleaning and maintenance requests

• Prepare reports on cleaning operations and status of facilities

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma or General Equivalency Degree (G.E.D.) and three years of custodial experience; or any equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above.

Salary Range:

$17.77-22.25/hr.
