Position Details:
· Grand Traverse Pavilions is seeking a reliable Custodian to join our Environmental Services team.
· The base wage for this position is $19.47/hour.
· $5.00/hour for working afternoon and midnight shifts.
· $5.00/hour for working Saturday and Sunday shifts.
· Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
Responsibilities:
· Clean and maintain common areas, restrooms, and floors (vacuuming, mopping, waxing, etc.).
· Transport linens and trash according to established schedules.
· Conduct security rounds to lock/unlock doors and monitor premises.
· Transport and monitor oxygen tanks as needed.
· Maintain exterior grounds, including snow removal and yard care.
· Clean and stock public restrooms and assist with basic housekeeping duties.
· Move furniture and supplies as directed and assist with event setup/teardown.
· Operate facility vehicles and equipment as required.
