What You'll Do:
- Operate DTG, DTF, and sublimation equipment for production runs.
- Prepare and pretreat garments for printing.
- Manage color profiles, print settings, and file preparation.
- Maintain equipment and troubleshoot print issues.
- Ensure quality control on all finished goods.
- Handle order fulfillment and production scheduling.
Requirements:
- Proven, hands-on experience in DTG, DTF, and/or sublimation printing — this is non-negotiable.
- Proficiency with RIP software and design file preparation.
- Knowledge of fabric types, pretreatment processes, and heat press operation.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with embroidery software.
- Knowledge of garment construction and fabrics.
- Previous experience in a production environment.
