From supporting the farmers who help feed the world, to delivering propane to keep homes warm in the winter, working at AGRILAND FS gives you the opportunity to be part of something bigger. The MissionAs a Custom Applicator & Operations Specialist, you'll help keep local farms moving by safely delivering timely application and supporting day-to-day operations at our Hedrick location.Key responsibilities include:- Operate and maintain application and support equipment- Assist with agronomy-related services and seasonal operations- Provide responsive, respectful customer service on every stop- Complete physical tasks as needed (lifting up to 75 lbs; standing, crawling, climbing, reaching)Required qualifications/skills:- Mechanical aptitude and interest in equipment upkeep- Agronomy fundamentals and a safety-first mindset- Self-starter who also thrives in a team setting- Valid driver's license; CDL training provided (DOT, tanker, hazmat)Rewards That Matter- Paid, in-house training and certification for DOT License and Endorsements for a Class A CDL- 100% company funded Pension Plan at not cost to you, plus a 401k company match- Medical, Dental, Vision, life insurance and more- Paid time off, sick pay and paid holidays- Recognition and pay incentives for good job performanceIf you're ready to build real skills and make a visible impact, apply today. Entry level encouraged to apply!
