Based out of Winterset, you'll operate and support modern application equipment and keep operations running safely and smoothly during the season.Key responsibilities include:- Run and monitor application equipment (including John Deere sprayers/spreaders)- Perform basic maintenance, troubleshooting, and daily pre/post-operation checks- Load, unload, and handle materials while following safety and stewardship practices- Work closely with teammates and serve customers with a can-do, professional attitudeWhat you'll bring:- Mechanical aptitude and comfort working outdoors- Valid driver's license (CDL training/endorsements provided)- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and handle physical work- Strong work ethic, self-starter mindset, and teamwork/customer service skillsRewards That Matter- Paid, in-house training and certification for DOT License and Endorsements for a Class A CDL- 100% company funded Pension Plan at not cost to you, plus a 401k company match- Medical, Dental, Vision, life insurance and more- Paid time off, sick pay and paid holidays- Recognition and pay incentives for good job performanceIf you're ready to build real skills and make a visible impact, apply today. Entry level encouraged to apply!
