Requirements:
- Familiarity with a variety of tools and equipment used in closet installations
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Vocational or technical training in carpentry or a related field preferred
- Experience with custom carpentry and cabinetry a plus
Responsibilities:
- Install custom closet and storage systems according to design specifications and installation plans.
- Read and interpret drawings, layouts, blueprints, and installation documents.
- Ensure all installations meet company quality standards and customer expectations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members throughout the installation process.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor installation challenges in the field.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
- Follow all company installation procedures, safety guidelines, and customer service standards.
Please note this role is based in the tri-county area and serves the surrounding areas. Daily work locations vary based on customer and project needs.
