You will undertake the engineering and drafting of intricate plastic extrusion tooling, ensuring high-precision designs for complex profiles and multi-extrusions. Your role will encompass spearheading full-cycle tooling projects, from initial conceptualization to the installation and maintenance of production dies. You'll act as the key technical expert on the manufacturing floor, offering vital support to toolmakers, machinists, and line operators.

In collaboration with processing teams, you'll engage directly with tooling setups to ensure adherence to exacting customer specifications. Your efforts in optimizing material flow and processing efficiencies will be pivotal in minimizing waste and maximizing throughput. Additionally, you will maintain comprehensive digital design documentation using Fusion 360 and MasterCAM.

Ideal candidates will possess over 3 years of experience in custom plastic profile extrusion die design, along with hands-on processing expertise.
