About Re-Bath

Requirements:
- Assist the lead installer with measuring, cutting, and fitting glass panels to specification
- Safely load, unload, and transport glass materials on job sites
- Prepare work areas drop cloths, protecting surfaces, clearing obstacles
- Handle and position glass using suction cups, dollies, and other lifting equipment
- Apply caulk, sealants, and adhesives as directed by the lead installer
- Install hardware such as hinges, handles, brackets, and tracks
- Clean glass surfaces and inspect finished installations for quality
- Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition
- Keep job sites clean and organized throughout the workday
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Valid driver's license & clean MVR
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to pass a drug screen
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs and handle large glass panels
- Comfortable working at heights and on ladders
- Basic hand tool knowledge and mechanical aptitude
- Willing to cross-train in the bathroom installation department and assist with bathroom remodels as needed
