Join a Premier Design-Build Team We are an established general contractor specializing in high-end custom homes. We are currently looking for a seasoned Finish Carpenter to join our crew. If you take pride in precision and have a deep background in finishing residential work, we have a long-term spot for you.
What We’re Looking For:
- The 5-Year Standard: You must have at least 5 years of dedicated residential finish carpentry experience.
- Reliability: A consistent, steady work history with no major employment gaps is required for this role.
- Technical Range: While your primary focus will be finish carpentry, we value a "team-first" mentality. You should be comfortable assisting with various project stages as needed, from basic framing to final hardware.
- Precision: We work with solid wood moldings, hardwood flooring, and custom casework—accuracy and a sharp eye for detail are non-negotiable.
The Team & Environment
Our projects are fast paced but focused on quality. You will typically work in a structured environment alongside a Lead. We aren’t just looking for a pair of hands; we want someone eager to grow their craft and contribute to a high-functioning team.
