Description

• Oversee and manage construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and team members to maintain project flow.
• Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Develop and manage project budgets and schedules effectively.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
• Implement and maintain safety protocols on-site.
• Ensure client satisfaction by delivering projects that meet or exceed expectations.

Profile

A successful PM/Superintendent should have:
