Custom Home Project Coordinator

This is a Direct Hire

Responsible for communicating with Interior Designers, Architects, Clients, and internal team members to gather project information and decisions. Ensure the finish selections, specifications, purchasing, schedule, and budget for the project are well organized and on track. Plan and document project meeting with various stakeholders.
Qualifications:
* 2-4 years of experience in high-end custom residential construction is preferred.
* Prior experience in a Project Coordinator role or equivalent responsibility preferred.
* Skilled in Microsoft Office; Procore experience is a plus.
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
* Ability to read and interpret architectural and construction plans with accuracy.
* Bachelor's degree preferred, equivalent hands-on experience highly valued.
