Companies in this market are known for delivering architecturally significant homes that require exceptional attention to detail, craftsmanship, and client serviceJob DescriptionOversee daily on-site construction activities from groundbreaking through final completion.Create and maintain project schedules to ensure milestones and completion dates are achieved.Manage subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel.Coordinate inspections and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.Review plans, specifications, and shop drawings for constructability and execution.Maintain quality control standards and ensure all work meets project requirements.Conduct regular site meetings with project teams, architects, consultants, and ownership representatives.Coordinate material deliveries and onsite logistics.Enforce company safety standards and OSHA compliance.Identify and proactively resolve project challenges to minimize delays.Manage punch list completion and project turnover activities.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful Applicant5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on custom homes, luxury residential projects, or high-end renovations.Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, sequencing, and scheduling.Experience managing projects valued at $3M+ preferred.Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, civil, and MEP drawings.Experience coordinating luxury finishes, custom millwork, pools, landscape features, and specialty trades.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office preferred.What's on OfferCompetitive salary ranging from $126,000 to $154,000.Exceptional health benefits to support your well-being.Generous paid time off (PTO) for work-life balance.Interested?
