1. Utilize advanced 3D CAD software to create detailed and accurate models.
2. Develop prototypes and conduct part fit testing to ensure designs meet performance, safety, and quality standards.
3. Create and maintain drawings for production, based on company standards and guidelines.
4. Have a deep understanding of the materials and processes involved in manufacturing designs.
5. Make revisions and accurately document changes within company databases.
6. Analyze data and feedback from customers to improve and optimize designs and processes.
7. Work closely with a variety of stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and team members to review projects and identify the customers' design goals.
8. Manage multiple projects efficiently and effectively while meeting project deadlines.
9. Support the activities necessary to meet or exceed the financial objectives, including sales growth and profitability.
10. Think creatively and solve complex problems.
11. Identify and address any issues related to packaging performance and make necessary improvements.
12. Ensure ISO compliance and adherence in all company processes.
13. Perform other duties as assigned.
