We are a design-build firm specializing in custom inground pools and luxury outdoor living projects. The company provides a steady flow of qualified leads through an internal team that manages inbound inquiries and appointment setting. This allows the sales team to focus on delivering a high-end consultative experience—from discovery and design through proposal and close—while maintaining strong project profitability and client satisfaction.
Lead homeowners through the full sales process for custom outdoor living and pool projects
Conduct in-home consultations to understand client goals, vision, budget, and timeline
Build trust and deliver a premium, consultative customer experience
Create conceptual project designs using Structure Studios
Develop accurate project estimates using internal systems and assemblies
Prepare and present professional proposals to clients
Guide discussions around scope, pricing, and value
Close profitable projects aligned with company standards
Manage all opportunities and follow-up activity within Pipedrive CRM
Maintain accurate pipeline tracking from initial consultation through signed contract
Ensure smooth transition of sold projects to production teams
5+ years of sales experience
Strong consultative selling skills with ability to build trust with homeowners
Experience managing pipeline and follow-up in a CRM (Pipedrive or similar)
Ability to translate client needs into project concepts and solutions
High attention to detail in estimating and proposal development
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication skills
Comfortable discussing budgets, pricing, and confidently asking for the sale
Experience in luxury residential construction, pools, outdoor living, or landscape design-build
Background in custom design or design-build sales environments
Experience using Structure Studios or similar design software
Base Salary: $70,000–$90,000
On-Target Earnings (OTE) / Bonus Structure: $150K+ (performance-based)
